Large groups
(24 to 46 people) - Book the whole of Luckley Farm (The Farmhouse, The Granary and The Warren inclusive) for your sole use of facilities. Costs:| 2012 | Week | W'end | Midweek |

When booking the Whole Farm, this gives you 18 bedrooms in total, with flexibility in rooms ranging from 13 doubles/5 twin to 2 double/16 twin to suit your group best. There are additional fold outs and futons for extra adults/children over the 36 number as needed, up to 46 guests maximum.
The farm is self-catering with well equipped kitchens or you are very welcome to have a caterer help out for meals as wished. We have details for some caterers who have been to the farm before or you are welcome to do your own search.
Private Celebrations:
When booking the whole farm you have the option to host a party in the Luckley Barns for private celebrations:
- The Barn - seats up to 65 people. Up to 100 people standing. Stage for music/band (music up to 1am ok). Tables, chairs, crockery, glasses, cutlery provided. Booked on a 'diy' basis - set up and decorate the barn however you choose, pack down the next day. Pick a dress theme (medieval, 80's etc), cocktail/black tie, go casual or stay countrified!!!
- Self-cater for your group or have catering in to make things easy for you.
- Hire charge: £200 for use of barn + £100 heating (marquee/blown air style) as required.
- Wedding receptions - please enquiry for prices. Adjoining barns available for various uses as appropriate.
