Important Information

• A deposit of 20% secures the dates for you once received by transfer (refundable up to 1 month from booking), and balance will be due 4 months prior to arrival.
• Please note a booking cannot be held without a deposit payment.
• In the unlikely event of cancelation within the 1 month of booking (from deposit payment date), when written cancellation is received, Luckley Holidays will do our best to rebook the dates for you; with an adjusted refund to meet what we are able to rebook, minus an admin charge of £500.  Earlier notification the better!
• If the balance payment is not received by the due date a booking may be cancelled by the cottage owner’s discretion, with no deposit refund.
• If individuals (or your group as a whole) are unable to stay (including due to injury, illness or death) that would be a matter for within the group to arrange alternative guests or to implement your own Travel Insurance.
• If a national Lockdown affects the actual date of stay a transfer will be offered, or 80% refund of balance payment.
• If the cottages are allowed to be open by the government, Luckley Holidays expects the booking to proceed, with you making the adjustments in numbers etc as guidelines permit.
• Maximum numbers of guests per cottage as stated at enquiry/booking.
• Maximum numbers of dogs per cottage as pre-arranged.
• It is the responsibility of the group organiser to assess with suitability of the property for the needs of the group. You are very welcome to arrange a time to visit the farm (Mondays and Fridays are the better days).
