Booking Terms and conditions

  • A deposit of 20% secures the booking when received by bank transfer or cheque, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to arrival (or 16 weeks if a Whole Farm booking. Please note a booking cannot be held without a deposit payment.
  • A refund is possible up to the balance due date, after that time if written cancelation is received Luckley Holidays will do our best to rebook the dates for you with adjusted refund to meet what we are able to rebook, minus admin charge of £200. Earlier notification the better!
  • If the balance payment is not received by the due date a booking may be cancelled by the owner’s discretion, with no deposit refund.
  • If a nation-wide Covid-19 Lockdown affects the stay a transfer can be offered or a refund up to 80%. If the cottages are allowed to be open by the government Luckley Holidays expects the booking to proceed, with you making the adjustments in numbers etc as guidelines permit.
  • If you were unable to stay due to injury, illness or Covid within your group that would be a matter for within the group to arrange alternative guests or to implement your own insurance, as the farm would be open.
  • Maximum numbers of guests per cottage as stated.
  • It is the responsibility of the group organiser to assess the suitability of the property for the needs of the group. You are very welcome to contact to arrange a time to visit of the farm (a visit on changeover days of Monday or Fridays are best, when the whole property can be seen).
  • Luckley Holidays organise short term holiday rentals (including marketing, bookings and liaising services) as agent for the owners of the relevant properties at Luckley Farm.
