Book the Whole Farm
For larger groups of 36-48 people, the accommodation, barns and fields at Luckley Farm provide a unique venue for getaways and celebrations of every kind.
Large gatherings and group celebrations….whether it be a family reunion, school friends catch up, significant birthday, wedding or wedding anniversary….booking the Whole Farm gives you 18 bedrooms (within The Farmhouse, The Granary and The Warren together), with flexibility in how the rooms can be set up between double and twins to suit your group best. Extra foldouts can be made up to accommodate 46 people total. If needed to just add The Snuggle for another 2 people
Luckley Farm is self catering with well equipped kitchens or you are very welcome to have a caterer help out for any meals as wished. Do your own search or we can recommend some local caterers to you. Plan a formal catered sit down meal, or stay relaxed with a bbq or spit roast with some straw bales and music, the ideas and possibilities are endless. The Barns can be hired for a private celebration when booking the Whole Farm.
Weddings at the Farm
Wedding receptions (for up to 100 guests for a formal seated reception and up to 120 guests for a relaxed stand up style buffet). Contact the Luckley Holiday Office for full details. Find more wedding information here
Barn Hire: for 30-50 people:
- The barns can be hired when the whole farm is booked
- Booked on a DIY basis
- Please contact for further requirements/details etc.
- You set up, decorate as you wish and clear down the next day
- Tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses provided
- Heating is additional £150 (Oct – May only, as required)
- Self cater or organise a caterer to help out
